Comp for average vs high performing senior 3 in average COL city?

Partners, how does it work when a SM like myself supports MDs and their BD teams write killer proposals (I'm a SME in a specific tech) and we win major work (last 4 months alone, I've contributed to $20M in sales). Prior to me joining we lost a lot projects in this tech because we didn't have someone like me to contribute and sure the proposals were technically sound. Anyway, do I get a bonus? A raise? Nothing? I'm in Accenture.

18 months too quick to change jobs? I have just over 2 years of experience. I worked for one company as an analyst for 10 months—took the job in the heat of Covid so the pay was not great and i hated it, but I needed work post-graduation. I moved to my current company with a significant bump in pay and it’s been good. Recruiters reached out recently and in interviews openly said their base salary (20-30k higher) with a bump to senior analyst. My PT MBA starts in the fall, and it’ll be 100k:/
