Is that per month? or per week? If it's monthly it's a bit low, the average is about 5,000 USD per month.

like

Its per month, I am a fresher and I thought I will get a chance at least

You are literally working for peanuts, look for better jobs on the side while working here. At least your current company is giving you work experience.

The salaries in Dubai are on the low end. Get as much work experience as you can then look for other roles.

I had no idea that Dubai offered such low salaries! Thanks to everyone who's been sharing their knowledge on here. I've been tempted to look for jobs in Dubai because it just seems like a dream place to be in, but I need a job that pays for what my skills require, and I don't think I can find anything like that over there.

Partners, how does it work when a SM like myself supports MDs and their BD teams write killer proposals (I'm a SME in a specific tech) and we win major work (last 4 months alone, I've contributed to $20M in sales). Prior to me joining we lost a lot projects in this tech because we didn't have someone like me to contribute and sure the proposals were technically sound. Anyway, do I get a bonus? A raise? Nothing? I'm in Accenture.

From the start of 2020 to the end of 2021, I single handedly kept our marketing department stay alive at a smaller org. Right before my boss got fired, & a coworker left the company, I was already taking on an operations role, plus my role at the time (marketing coordinator). For the next year, I would take the role of the VP marketing, a marketing manager, an operations coordinator and my role. I have since only been given a small raise (after fighting hard) and promotion & still only make 44K

18 months too quick to change jobs? I have just over 2 years of experience. I worked for one company as an analyst for 10 months—took the job in the heat of Covid so the pay was not great and i hated it, but I needed work post-graduation. I moved to my current company with a significant bump in pay and it’s been good. Recruiters reached out recently and in interviews openly said their base salary (20-30k higher) with a bump to senior analyst. My PT MBA starts in the fall, and it’ll be 100k:/
