Can someone advise on the HCL hiring process for experienced professionals?

I have given two rounds of interview and the recruiter have called me to tell I was selected and there should be one mail from HCL HR in my mailbox. But there is no mail in my mailbox.

Are the recruiters told the results of the candidates they brought in ? And what could be the reason that I have not received mail from HR yet ?

I was told this by recruiter on Friday.

What's a good Software Engineering salary in Stockholm, Sweden?
