I have around 10 years of consulting experience in India and my CV usually did fetch me interviews in India quite easily but somehow all i seem to get is automated rejections or ghosting here.

I have got an offer letter from Morgan Stanley for the QA role in regulatory reporting. Currently I am in a BA role with 7 yrs experience. In MS they are giving a good hike (45%) plus joining bonus. Not sure at this stage should i switch from BA to QA role.
