1. How are Variable pay given? Mostly how much % do they pay generally? What factors matter for deciding % of variable pay?
2. How is ELRP paid? Is it paid always 100% of amount?
3. What is bonus? It is not in my offer letter? But i read various posts about bonuses? Is it festive bonus or what?

Like, I assume that they are paid based on the level of the candidate that they bring in, but how are their incentives ALIGNED?
