Can someone share how to get mobile reimbursed at Pwc SDC?

I joined 3 weeks back with SDC Kolkata as a SA1. They have 2 models that we can get for phone reimbursement and the max amount for reimbursement is approx 35k.

Does that mean if I buy a 29k approx phone, I will get 29k reimbursed? Can someone from SDC Kolkata please explain the procedure.
