Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

This has happened with me like two times. I feel like a fool to prepare well for the interviews and then nothing happens.
I never explicitly prepared for interviews of Infosys, TCS etc. and then ended up selecting & at last they say that, your expectations are not as per the standard of salary that they offer.
It's those product based firms that sweat me with their leetcode questions.

This portal is just for name sake. Everytime you update and save your profile, it creates multiple schedule for interview. Happened to me!!
Mine status was same for almost a month and then i got rejection email.
This happens with me 4 times after that I thought to not apply for Infosys 😑 ... Even after scheduling interview. I got mail with enter data for scheduling interview timings and link will be shared for interview round. But till now never get any link. Stop wasting time prepare yourself and do best in other companies.

For me in Infosys portal I have withdrawn and even not updated my profile but they marked interview attended without even scheduling interview.

For its been 2 months for me like this , every week they will send a mail and call for interview but never send the invite link.

I selected as senior technologist, took all my documents and after 1 months HR telling me they might not able to proceeds, application status on website is review in progress. @
It's been nearly two months since I applied here via referral. They send survey to confirm availability for interview, but then nothing happens.
God knows what goes on behind the scenes?
Same happened to me as well...they keep calling for asking for availability to schedule a interview then they just ghost away for two weeks and repeat the same....it's been 2 months .. haven't got the interview scheduled

Don't waste ur time in Infosys..
Forget it if u don’t want to waste ur time. Infosys is worst in this, they can reject u without taking any interview or 1/2 interviews
