Our previously in-person company hired a bunch of people in fully remote positions, but started doing hybrid/in-person for those close to the office. Do you feel like this would greatly disadvantage those fully remote since the others get face time with their bosses, etc? What’s your experience?

Question on H-1B and LCA. 1) If one lives in New Jersey and works in New York and LCA is already filed and confirmed for H-1B, do they need to file another LCA with home address now that they work from home due to covid? 2) Also, for state tax withholding, HR might need to update “employer work location” on HR profile.
