1) will Deloitte usi provide early release or ask me to complete full 2 months of notice period?

Should I wait for Accenture to allot me project or shall I abscond?

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Feeling a tad intimidated! Any tips would be so very appreciated!

What are some highly recommended people / team management books? Leading my first team right now and am looking for insight into conflicting personalities, working styles, etc.
