I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.

After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Yes, but won't be fruitful. GRIP defines responsibilities and value you bring to the team. They will just redirect to managers. From there two things can happen, either the manager takes a note and works on it or he gets offended. Better to discuss with the manager and openly discuss what is expected for the next GRIP level. You can approach the senior manager as well.
