My H1b is up for renewal in Jun 2022, can I switch jobs before renewal and what does the new company have to do? If they're transfering my H1b do they need to apply for renewal as well? Or would it be recommended to wait until the renewal?

My firm has applied for my L1A visa. Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
