Can we negotiate with HR after accepting an offer?

Started as a BDR and got moved into partnerships within the same org. Comp was initially 75k CAD with OTE 120K CAD. New comp for new partner channel I am carving out, I am offered same base but guaranteed 75% quota attainment payout. Is this a fair comp? Would love any constructive thoughts/points on this. I’ve been with firms for 6 years. I struggle (not that I’m not intellectually capable of doing this job), I just hate the detail oriented nature of this industry. Everything gets scrutinized so carefully and most things I stayed up late for doesn’t matter.

I just got PIP talk and they are pushing me out next year. I’m kinda relieved. I want to leave law completely and be someone on the operation side. Eventually I want to be an COO.

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Has anyone been through a situation that you were in a terrible relationship ( stress,anger, fights, swears, physical abuse, ego clashes) and how did you resolve it? Some might have worked on and stayed in the relationship and some might have broken up. I am looking for answers from both sides. How did you stay/work on it and how did you break up and move on? Me and my partner have strong feelings for eachother and are almost inseparable despite going through so much.

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.
