If you're asking, you're not in love.

Have you caught yourself smiling several times a day just by thinking of that person?
When you think of your SO you should think happy/positive/funny things that should make you feel bursts of joy. Maybe not literally smile to yourself like a crazy but I think what’s intended here is obvious…

Love is like air in your lungs. You can’t see it, but you can easily know when it’s not there.

It’s different for everyone. But I will say this, if you can imagine yourself being equally happy without a person as your are with them, that for sure isnt love.

Found it 😉❤️
Not sure. But you don’t have to know. There’s no test that’ll prove that you do or don’t. Thinking that you do and acting like you do is enough
You want to choose them. You want to do things that they want or make them happy. You respect them and desire to please them.
I don’t often get “lovey” feelings. I never really have. So I often question the same. But I’ve settled on the fact that I know I love someone/something when I don’t want to lose them, I want them to be happy, and I’m willing to do things to make those happen.
I’m a Christian so I’ve done some studying on the words used for love in the Bible and have found them really interesting, and I don’t think you have to be religious for it to give some perspective on love since it’s just linguistics. The greek word “agapao” that is used for love as a verb means “to prefer to love”. You choose and select things that show you care. Or if you want to go Hebrew origins, “ahav” is used often for love, and it means “the feeling that impels to self-giving, to grasp what causes pleasure”. The Hebrew word “hesed”, also used for love, means that love is a way of life that is lived in mutual loyalty. These translations helped me understand that I can love someone even if I don’t have all the cliché feelings.

For me, it’s choosing to be with the person and sticking it out despite the hardships. Different for everyone but if I love a person, I’m willing to fight for my relationship.
