I have been a practicing DPT (doctor of physical therapy) for 9 years and am a certified orthopedic specialist. I have worked in multiple environments including hospital based outpatient sports ortho and acute care. I am about to finish up my MBA with a focus on healthcare administration, and am worried that my current place of work may not have a place for me to grow into. I'm hoping that some of you may have suggestions of roles or positions to pursue? Thank you!

I’ve done PI work my entire career for over 10 years. I’ve worked in state and federal courts and I’ve traveled around the country doing MDL work and bellwether trials. I’ve had a lot of success making the idiots I’ve worked for wealthy, but I’m still waiting for a moment where I enjoy what I’m doing. I feel stuck working in dysfunctional plaintiff firms/cultures. I hate this profession/career more and more each year. Has anybody been successful breaking off on their own in recent years? Advice?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. I got offer from NatWest Chennai location . My skills set is project management 13 years experience. They have mentioned in my offer letter B7 corporate title is associate. When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
