Hi, I have 6 years of experience as a developer and have offers from, Harman Connected Services(WebAPI Developer - 20 LPA), Bank of America(Senior Developer II - 20 LPA), Siemens(Desktop developer-20LPA), NSR Information System(Senior Software Engineer -20LPA), Tech M, Cognizant, Kellton Tech, FIS Global, Mind tree. Packages are in the range 20+. Which company should I join for good projects and good wlb?

Don’t think the intensity of consulting life is for me. what’s a good, enjoyable industry exit that is 40 hours or less and decent salary? I’m still 2.5 yrs out of undergrad so options are flexible

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?

My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?
