Career Advice: Frontend or Full Stack?
I have 3+ years of experience in ReactJS & JavaScript as a frontend developer. For 7–8 months, I worked on backend using Python (FastAPI), MongoDB, Redis, and Azure services (Service Bus, Blob Storage, OpenAI, etc.).

However, I lack experience in authentication, authorization, RBAC, and other advanced backend concepts.

Should I stick to frontend and specialize further, or transition into full-stack development?

How do you count years of experience? Lets say you were a web master for 5 years. Then you transitioned into a proper UX role and did that for 5 years. Is that 10 years of experience or 5?

What makes you stay in public accounting? I like my boss and the teams I am on, but the hours are hard and i think I should look into private sometimes.

 sql server tables. Like after uploading a word
 file it will pull the data from it and then 
 update the various tables in SQL server. 
 I google it and found something called
