Career FOMO is hitting me hard lately. Two of my coworkers recently announced they’re moving to big-name firms, and another just got a huge promotion. Meanwhile, I’m still in the same role I’ve been in for two years—but the thing is, I actually like my job. I love the team, the work, and the flexibility, but I can’t help comparing myself to others and wondering if I’m falling behind. It’s hard to stay confident in your own pace when everyone else seems to be rushing ahead. Have you dealt with this? How do you focus on your own path without getting distracted by everyone else’s?

Just saw the bonus of this year would be paid on 11/13.
Im new to the company, if I haven't been notified that I'll get a bonus, does that mean I get nothing this year?

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?
