Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Any tips on how to start and prepare my MBA Application? I don’t plan on applying till 2022 as I want to attend in 2023. What are things I can do to prepare now in order to have a strong application? Background: I’m aiming for HSW, M7, and top 15. I’m currently a Staff at EY within Business Consulting. I graduated from a Top 25 Business Undergrad - majoring in Finance and minor in Advertising with a 3.71 GPA. I want to pivot towards PM or Corporate Strategy in Tech, at Toyota, or Nike. TIA!

I am from CBS and I would say they are all good. Take the money

Duke is pretty flexible with scholarship reconsiderations. If you can bump them up to 100k+, I think they're an easy choice. If not, I'm not sure how good Johnson is for MBB/FAANG so I'd probably choose CBS.

Email the adcom who called you asking how you can request a scholarship increase. They'll send you a link to a portal that's specifically for scholarship reconsiderations. In that form, you'll full out a couple of details including a section for offers from other schools. It's a standardized process and took 2-3 weeks for me.
Also want to end up in NYC after school, don’t think that’s a huge factor except for Fuqua
Duke. They have plenty of MBB. Although longer term, CBS might have a better brand name/network if you decide to stay in NYC?

First off, congratulations! I think both MBB and FAANG are reachable groups with solid networking (especially tech - have even seen folks from Ross get great PM offers) so it just depends on how you value investment into the degree and overall experience. Good luck!
Thank you! I feel incredibly fortunate but also super stressed about this decision haha

Go to CBS! You’ll regret it later if you didn’t
