Advice needed on handing in notice, I recently signed an offer letter and understand the screening process takes 4-6 weeks. I have a month's notice period and have agreed a preliminary start date in Feb.

I’ve been asked to write curriculum for the new New York Global course. Anyone have any resources that they found to be amazing?

What should incoming high school freshman be able to do? For example, write complete sentences, construct essays, etc. I’m a social studies teacher and my students each year are getting lower & lower.

My kids got the one-paragraph responses down pack. We use C-E-R like our ELA and Science counter-parts. Can anyone share a resource for teaching extended responses?
