Hi can any mamas out there speak / give advice to breastfeeding beyond a year old? My mom keeps making comments as my son nears his 1st bday, that now is the time to be weaning him, switching to cows milk. I have no issues breastfeeding him and he seems to enjoy it. The only lingering worry I have is that I have no idea what quantity he takes from me and whether I am meeting his nutritional needs with my milk. He obviously also has solids 3x a day and BFs on demand before and after daycare.

I joined HCL last week and they initiated post joining background verification. I worked for a small startup for 5 months which do have only 10 employees in the past and didn't deducting anything for pf or TDS, also they didn't provided any TDS. Now, HCl background verification team is asking for form 16, i already told them that i don't have form 16 for that startup, now they send me one statement of fact and ask it fill that why I don't have form 16?
