Who wants to know how under paid they are?

Does anyone have suggestions for what a salary should be for a Digital Marketing Analyst | Paid Social & Performance Media? I have 1 year of experience, the job asks for 0-1 year of experience. I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. What are your thoughts on what the salary should be?

Was at dinner with my mom yesterday and we got into an argument about me not wanting to tell her how much my salary is. I had no problem telling my parents right out of college but just feel kind of weird about it as I progress in my career. She said I am getting a big head and I replied that the exact reason I don’t want to tell her how much I make is because I don’t want to brag/ have a big head. Should I tell my parents how much I make for the rest of my life? Am I over thinking it?

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Saying someone was let go because they didn’t fit into the company’s culture is a big red flag. It means your culture is not very accepting and that is a dangerous thing.

Humane hours would be nice. Also some parameters for weekend work. It either doesn’t happen or we are paid handsomely for it?
