Am I being paid competitively? I have been the Onboarding Sup for my HR dept for over a year now and I’m being paid the state min for salary, which for CA is 62,400. Hi, i have my joining with cognizant tomorrow(12 sep), i have received the onboarding pass but haven't received any onboarding meeting invite , when do they generally send the meeting invite?

If I join cognizant 2-3 days prior to joining date, will there be any joining bonus ?

Is there any strong Marketing Department in Cognizant where Marketing Functional Roles (Brand Management/ Brand Development/Marketing/PPT Developments etc) is put to use? And if so, how can one channelise into the same.

My technical interview was on 19th Feb and received HR called me on 22nd feb for salary discussion but again on 22nd Feb 2nd HR called to have managerial round which was scheduled on 25th Feb and again got mail to submit CIS form. After submitting form didn't get any call from HR. Its been 8 days. Is i am ghosted?
