Is 120k+super a good salary for software tester (manual) with 7 years of experience in Melbourne?

Do you think that I will get job offers after I pass the CPA exam? Not one compony will even give me a chance because I don’t have experience, even though I have passed some of the exams already.

How much are you expecting in raise/promotion or exit opps for having the CPA title and credentials?

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Salary range for lead analyst (band 28) non tech?

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Hows the work and work/life balance at full-service agencies vs a media agency. I'm a media planner coming from a full-service agency and I'm wondering if it will be a step backward going to a media focused agency.
