I am a project coordinator but I do everything under the sun. Created project tracker. Submitti bids, sourcing material, negotiating price on materials, handling post construction inspections, scheduling sub contractors, notifying stakeholders, coordinating with construction managers - property owners - building management.

I’m in a confusing situation and would appreciate guidance - I had an Investment Bank reach out to me a few days ago and we’ve been scheduling “Intro” calls. They’re not specifically using the word “interview” in the conversation. I got yet another intro call scheduled with upper management and honestly don’t know how to prepare? Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
