Completed all interview rounds and was told I was selected in April. A week later, the offer was put on hold due to internal approvals. Despite constant follow-ups, there was no clarity. In late May, another HR contacted me about the same role, then disappeared after saying I’d get an update. Original HR also stopped responding. Two months of waiting, no transparency—very disappointing experience with the hiring process. I feel so unlucky right now

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
