I have an interview scheduled for Gartner next week for Associate Data Scientist. If anyone who recently gave interview for Gartner, please can you tell me about the things I need to prepare for and also what is Gartner offering for this role to a 2.5 YOE in Machine learning & Data Science.

Is 330k OTE (50/50) split with 175k in RSUs unreasonable for an Enterprise AE role in one of the top 5 most expensive cities to live in? Who is at or above this type of comp package and how many years of experience do you have?

Need advice for my full time job in tech. Would you guys pursue business analyst roles or IT project coordinator roles? I would like a job that would land me a Project Management role in the least amount of time.
