Hello fishes How long does Nike take to get back to a candidate list an interview? It has been two weeks since my interview and in yet to receive a feedback on the same. I have sent a mail but no response yet. I was of the impression that Nike keeps the candidate informed whatever be the outcome. Can anyone help me out here with the information? Or what it can mean? Excitement and anxiety can co-exist.
Like when you ask someone on a date.
Or you’re buying a home.
Or when you’re on a job interview.
If you’re excited and anxious about your interview, but you only focus on the anxiety, you won’t do well in your interview.
Let the anxious thoughts go.
Focus on thoughts that excite and inspire you:
Wins from past roles.
A better title.
Higher compensation.
Positive thoughts will support you during the interview.

I wouldn't take specific advice on ideas or executions.
But if it's a good recruiter, they may be able to tell you how your book compares to others and what yours might be missing.
Possibly the opportunity for them to pass it on to a CD or anyone who is in the position to make decisions.
depends on who the person is. zach from goodby? solid. some rando from creative circle? run
If the recruiter is genuinely experienced, they will give you a solid and general idea of what the marketplace (employers) are looking for. 2023 will prove to be a very hard year to get the attention of some top tier employers without the help of a recruiter. Also will add that recruiters can really waste your time by offering unhelpful critiques and leading you to believe you are a viable candidate.
Well, what are your goals and where are you in your career? Do you want a corporate or agency job? Do you want to freelance? Are you transitioning careers or industries or platforms or styles? Are you very junior or more senior?
Also, who does the recruiter recruit for, where does the CD work, and is the CD also a hiring manager?
