I mean... each to their own, you don't have to get dragged into any deep conversations. A simple "Good morning, how are you, are you watching the World Cup?" (That should last all of what, 50 seconds?] then just do your thing.. People are busy. Play the game as they say.
Make interesting small talk instead.
I’m with OP. I’d rather not go into the kitchen than engage in uninteresting small talk.
I dont enjoy people any more (I'm neurodivergent) and I try to avoid contact

That’s a lot of projection. I say hello or nod , people are not dying to small talk. It’s very basic courtesy to acknowledge someone and not really have to engage them in a “small talk”. Do you actually go to office or your idea of office is based on sitcoms
I try my best to time my trips to get a drink/water to avoid small talk and awkward hallway interactions
I do this as well especially when I worked hospitality. I try to at least smile and/or nod. If I find something interesting or need to speak is when I do. I haven't received any negative impact from it but I have had to practice it not coming off as ignoring people. A smile goes a long way.. unfortunately there are many of people who dont always understand this. I pick and choose when to speak to people to see if I can find something and if I dont then I move on. As long as your not coming off as off-putting it isn't regularly a problem.

Most people don't want to chat with you either. Smile and nod, get your coffee, finger wave bye. Or if that's too much look like your concentrating, don't make eye contact, ignore. Wear earbuds and ir mutter for extra effect. If they pursue, act startled, say sorry, you have a good day too and exit with your coffee.

That’s how most people get into trouble. Not minding their business! Sometimes what is uninterested with u might be big for someone else.
