CTC is around same for all . Centric is paying a bit more to 25.

For Genpact have to go to office regular where’s centric is WFH.

I am in a design/production role at a mid-sized agency. We currently only have one person on the digital team doing UX. I recently presented my manager with a proposal for a new position, UI Designer, that I want to move into.
I would love some advice on how to negotiate salary on a new position that doesn't current exist. How do you respond to an offer? What if they say it's a lateral move and don't offer me any additional compensation?

I'm starting to realize that a lot of my life problems are from me trying to treat my depression with alcohol. This is the most sober I've been in a long time and generally I feel a lot better but it would be so easy to get drunk. Physically the consequences are what are keeping me from doing it. It makes me feel really good though and I miss the high, I am grateful that I can resist it now but at least temporarily it was a cure that worked it made me feel accepted and whole.

I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. Hi Fishes, I have received an offer for the role of Senior Manager (Accountant) from Congnizant for 20LPA (66% higher than current CTC) & Flexible Work Location. I'm already due for promotion in my current organization which gives me 20% hike from July 2022. If I consider this hike. Cognizant offer 20LPA is 38% increase. Should I ask more from Cognizant?
