Confused if I should join Capgemini or not?

Capgemini - 9.7 fixed (WFH)

Wolters Kluwer - 12 fixed + 10% var (2 days hybrid Pune)

Capg is offering permanent WFH, and it's also mentioned in my OL.

The project is Farmers Insurance, and the role is Data Analyst. I am yet to negotiate with them, and I think Capg will def match, considering they are really invested in my joining.

Please give honest suggestions.

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?
