OP, switch it up. Try a new workout, cut out the indulgences, remove trace sugar/artificial sweeteners, consider fasting (16:8 or longer), and make an effort to cut calories. If you know you’re not getting enough water, your body could be retaining water to make up for the dehydration. Check your sodium intake too — will help with hydration.
No shame in doing lazy keto, either! Plateaus are totally normal and would likely happen even if you were strict. Hang in there and trust the process. 🙏🏼
What’s your caloric intake look like? How’s water consumption?
~1,600 calories a day. Probably not enough water but I don’t track it. I’m lazy 😭. I know that’s probably my problem
