In my case they provided very less hike of 3% and I have done so much work.

Can we talk about CBD oil? Who’s using it? Any bad effects short or long term? How can I get started? How much/how often? Does it really make a difference to stress levels?

I'm trying to choose between IBM Corporate Strategy and Innosight. I like both opportunities. Innosight pays more, but I've never had a big brand like IBM on my resume.
