EYLaw filed my H1b extension in June and anticipated a 2-4 week response from USCIS, but I haven't heard anything back from them (not even a Receipt Notice).

I've written follow ups to the folks working on my case but they haven't even responded acknowledging the receipt of the mail.

I've used the V&I SharePoint "Contact Us" button, but they said they'll check with EY Law and closed my ticket.

Question:
1. Is this normal?
2. Is there a way for me to escalate?

Nowadays I'm seeing lot of singapore opportunity for contract and extendable contract position.there is a new visa rule coming in 2024 (may be) which will be point based system(no control for organization) for the expats mainly to reduce the foreigners .so all these contracts opportunities for untill the new visa rule after that only eligible will stay and others will be kicked out?
