But I keep getting these emails to complete pre-hiring formalities and daily reminders for the same. How can I make them update the status in system? Also are there repercussions of rejecting an offer. I rejected 3 days after acceptance. PwC Pwc AC

What’s the culture like at FTI Consulting?
I recently finished my Masters in Cyber Security and have a Bachelors in Software Development. As much as I love the technical aspect of my degrees, I think the happiest me would be in tech sales. I had found an opportunity at IBM for entry level sales starting in 2023 and was wondering if anyone had gone through this or the Summit program? I used to work at the Costar group. In my opinion that was an awful company to work for. The company hires and fires like crazy and does not treat its employees well. The Glassdoor page for Costar speaks for itself, believe what you see there. Do not join the company at any cost.
I had a terrible experience working at Costar. I would not recommend it at all.
It would depend on what you are looking for. Some of my friends worked their first years at Accenture and they like it. They said it was a fast-paced environment where they learned a lot.

I think I really like the Accenture work culture. Can you perhaps elaborate on what a software engineer analyst would do on the daily? The pay gap is making the decision extremely hard
Not sure about CoStar, but Accenture is a consulting firm so your day-to-day varies by project roles. They measure your productivity via chargeability, which is calculated through chargeable work (i.e. client work). If you are unstaffed for an extended amount of time, your chargeability will go down and you could be at the risk of getting “managed out” as a lower performer at the end of the year.
Because the actual day-to-day is based on your project role, your team members will also change as you move from one project to another.
On top of that, you have to perform at the next level to show that you are ready for promotion. Time at level is typically minimum 1 year, so you can get promoted fast with stellar performance and great network. If you don’t like networking or extremely bad at it, you will absolutely hate the job.
By the way, the culture is great and I love it here, but I would say it’s worth > $30K/yr
