I'm thinking of moving from large cap tech to large cap consultancy firm to help build the resume and round out my experience. I enjoy and do well in licensing, but I'm fairly young in my career (<6 years) and received a great offer to make the move.

Hi All, just sharing what on mind to vent it out from my system. Maybe with this I could gain some insights and inspiration.
I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. I was alone and confused. I have never really got the chance to prove myself which makes me all the more depressed. I'm not sure what to do with my future, indecisive and low on confidence.

I completed 4 years in JPMC , every year I got double digit hikes >12%, and bonuses >3 lakh and increasing . last year I got promoted to 602 with bonus >5 lakh, I am getting interesting offers outside should I stay or leave ? Also, I need 11+ likes to unlock my dm . Please like 🙏

I have 3yrs of experience with the same firm and am currently working as a sales analyst for the institutional sales team in NA. Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

If you’re working with 2 different recruiters in your job search, do you let them know you’re working with another one (just in case they have any overlapping opportunities) or do you act like they’re the only recruiter you’re working with?
