Got selected in 1st technical round from Accenture. Hr called for package discussion and finalized the pay. Have uploaded all the documents and eaf got completed. Now again today got call from some person for telephonic technical round. I had completed that waiting for results. What does this really mean? Am I got selected or should wait for second technical round result. Will they release offer or not. Accenture

Did you mention 90 days notice period there? Then you won't get any calls. If you mention 60 days notice period, you might get one call a month. And if you put immediate joiner, you will get calls daily

So many months back in Jan I used to get calls but after Feb no calls 🥺 but I'm regularly updating my profile
Delete your resume and upload it again.
Do small changes in your profile .
Check resume score in shine.com. if number is less than 70, work on increasing it

But my personal experience says that it almost takes 20-25 days time for receiving mails of standard and good openings
Upload the resume in Docx format and try and check your settings select actively looking for job if not done yet
Key words are everything. Play around with the keywords in your profile summary and highlights. See for which words your views are going up.
Bhai you start a job search and apply to as much relevant profile, and yes notice period change it to immediate joiner
