Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Great perks and benefits depending on where you work, but lower pay and bonus than market average. Job roles are too restricted and defined, so you might not get to do everything you want. Even if there are opportunities for you to do something else, office politics would often get in the way.
Completely agree with the first two comments. Culture and people are excellent, projects are sexy and cool, you feel important and have ways to advance up the rankings (sometimes) but the pay is not at all what it should be and office politics become very frustrating and are almost never in the employees best interest. You’re a cog in a machine at the end of the day
Lots of potential. It's easy to get stuck in a role or responsibility, but there's lots of room for growth if you have the right direct manager. Great benefits, though the pay is lower than the expectations.
Each commit mentioned lower pay than market average. Is there a demographic known for higher pay? Are midsized firms better on this?
From my experience working at a big firm vs a medium size firm - medium 100% pays better. Average pay is higher and benefits are usually better as well.
Big firms put profit first a lot of the time.
I've worked at 2 firms with over 1k employees. There always seemed to be a lot of internal politics going on. People focused on gaining attention inside the firm for their work vs putting good work out into the world.
Not to say smaller or medium size firms are free of politics - I have just found that the level in medium size firms is much more manageable.
