True for most of the time... But not a rule... Go look the net returns of JAPAN index over last 40 years

Well Japan is an exception economy and a case study, u can’t make any strategy based on exceptions specially for growing country like india

Agreed.. But the statement in the post says..can't be wrong...
It's more appropriate if you say... Can't be wrong most of the time..

Even US had period of 20 years sideways markets...

To those who have an HSA and who are able to cap the contributions each year, what account balance would you need in order to not cap the contributions, or to no longer contribute at all? Just to clarify, these dollars are triple tax free, which is beautiful, but can only be spent on qualified medical expenses, so theoretically there’s some point where continuing to contribute toward it or capping the contributions may not make sense

What if I transfer the EPF amount to other companies PF account will I be getting the whole year’s interest on the amount that is transferred at end of the financial year or else will it be on pro rata basis?

Here PF accounts are in two different trusts

I made a mistake starting SIP in a ULIP. Used to invest 7500 per month starting from November 2018. I have discontinued my premium payments since last year. That is when my fund was moved to an interim surrender state and now it earns 4% per annum interest.

After 5 years of lock-in that is November 2023, can i withdraw the entire amount at a time? (Of course after paying surrender charges)
