Publicis Sapient -- x fixed + 2 lakh bonus
EPAM Systems -- x+5 fixed +1 lakh bonus
Paytm -- x+ 7 fixed + 1 lakh bonus
Coforge -- x + 5 fixed + 3 lakh bonus
I have 10.7 years experience , i m in Devops profile I have 50 days notice period remaining.
I am thinking for Epam or Sapient but both are giving less than Paytm.
Should i negotiate with Sapient or Epam ?
My concern mainly is related to job security and work-from home.

That’s a slap in the face
That feels insulting tbh. A no raise actually feels better than 1%. If this has happened to you, you need to start doing research on whether this was just you or this is consistent across the board and then start making some decisions accordingly
Either the company is having severe financial issues (not unlikely, given the overall economy) OR they are honestly playing in your face, betting on the fact that most employees don't understand standard raises and talk to each other. Usually, a 2% raise is what's given to low performers during times of good financial performance. I can see 1% and 2% raises being given to high performers when a company is trying to conserve cash. For the latter, I wouldn't feel a way about it.
Then yes, you are being tried. They do not want to give you a raise. For whatever reason. And it's unfair to you if you have been a high performer and generally have no behavioral issues on the job (e.g. attitude, respect, etc ). I would request a higher raise, citing my high performance with supportive details. If they say no, then 1) Take the low raise, thank them for it while acknowledging IN WRITING that the raise is lower than your expectations given your performance and industry standard and 2) Let it be known kindly that you aim to revisit during mid-year 2024 evaluations (or whenever your company does their next evals) and 3) Start looking for another job anyway if you have the energy/bandwidth that will pay you the amount you would like to start.
You can also seek promotion during mid-year reviews if you feel you want that and are ready for that, but of course promotions do more than honor your existing work with more money. They often come with more work you are expected to do. Weigh your options and know you can play nice at work, advocate for yourself at work, while looking for another job also. Best of luck to you!
It’s an insult. Because it doesn’t account for inflation. But in this economy unless you’re gonna start looking, it is what it is sis. I’m sorry ❤️. If you like the job and the company hang in there.

Good time to reflect on what’s yours and what’s not yours.
If you want it …. go out there and get it. Your company should not prevent you from being successful and productive in all areas of your life.
Love this.
That’s like saying “kiss my ass” in numbers. They are dead wrong for that
