current McK AP - getting an offer of around INR 4 crore with a Big 4 as a Partner . This is total comp which would include variable component. Is it worth it? I have heard mixed reviews on comp numbers but also the MBB to Big 4 jump. Thoughts?

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.

Is the MBB name really worth it over Big4, T2, Boutiques in terms of exit opps?
