1) You need to work for 2 years at the same company to get a Golden Visa through employer sponsorship. So that will depend on how you view OW and whether you see 2 years as a long time.
2) My observation is that industry wants at least some regional experience. That would be a plus for your goal.
3) OW is the highest paying company and I don’t think exit opportunities change from OW to MBB. So if you like your company no need to hussle on that imo.

Please DO NOT. Consulting in this region is finished in 3 years max.
A1 is either gatekeeping or inexperienced. This is the first down market in a while because the prime market (Saudi) has cut back on spend. Markets rise and fall - professional services will remain.

Getting into consulting in this region if you’re coming from OW NYC is a waste of credentials. Better to try for the big banks / big asset management firms like BlackRock or something
