Currently an M and a recruiter reached out for a Sr D position at a company with 4K employees. Am I psyching myself out or should I prepare like it’s any other interview? Even if I excel, am I setting myself up for failure with such a large progression?

Ok, I don’t think an MBA is a guaranteed win $$ wise. At worst I just end up making a very similar TC (~140-150), at best I end up with 30-50 more.
