Currently doing strategy at Google. I have a PM offer internally. I am worried about the impact of AI on the PM function (bloodbath of automated swes / designers / pms fighting for fewer and fewer pm spots...) Should I switch?

I am in my second year as a attorney, I was a FL paralegal before law school and would eventually like to end up there again. I am in a very small rural area, pretty much only solos, and no FL solos appear to be hiring/expanding at this time.

Do you think experience as a DA or PD would be valuable, with my eye toward a future in FL? Both for the skills gained, and/or as a resume piece?

Update: In his IG stories, Paul states that Karine has filed a restraining order preventing him from contacting her or Pierre. On IG, he also posted what looks to be Karine’s statement to the police. Foreign LLM student here. I plan to take the NY bar exam in February. I’m thinking of taking a bar prep course (most likely Barbri). They offer two options: the “traditional” course (which lasts around 2.5 months) and an extended 6-month course. The difference in price is substantial – 2.5k for the traditional course vs 6k for the extended one. Any thoughts/recommendations on which one I should take? If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads. I started lead a team of 3 about a month ago at my current job and don’t want to lose leadership experience but have been told my YOE would map to a Program Manager level at Google.

Generally how long are on sites? Are they all on one day’s block? The entire 4 hours?

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Still sitting and waiting (1.5 weeks) to have the conversation about compensation expectations and finalizing the offer. Is the Google hiring process typically this slow? I feel like this is not a good reflection of their recruiting process. Let me know if you've had recent/similar experiences
