Currently I work at Infosys cis unit, I was looking for an opportunity in development which I got in a different unit,my manager released me after knowing my opportunity but the new manager was unable to map me in his project because of Cross PL policy. TPd not enabling cross pl even after my new manager dropped mail and trying to map me in different technology please suggest me what to do

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. I execute tasks from two investment advisors and two financial planners - they make the decisions of what should happen & I make it happen.

Asking for advice- I’ve realized consulting is not the path for me long term and have had plans to quit. I’m currently staffed on a project alone and feel lost as I don’t have much experience in this line of work. Deadline is approaching and I have voiced my concerns to finish in time. Manager is still reviewing my work and the turnaround time to make revisions and finish phase 2 work seems unlikely within a few days. Is it unreasonable to ask for another resource to help finish?

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. What could be the reasons? What should I do now?

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. Great India clearly supported Russia by abstaining on UNSC bill that condemns Russia.
