I'd personally wait for a better opportunity and more money. No need to jump for such a small pay increase of you enjoy your current team and firm. That's not a huge difference in pay at all.
To put it in perspective, every jump I've done has been for 30k+. Otherwise it's not worth it unless you're leaving a toxic work environment
Sounds like Struggles
Speaking for BAH unless you’re a Senior Associate you won’t be eligible for a yearly bonus. Also 115k is on the lower end of the Associate band. Depending on your YOE it could be anywhere from 105k - 200k
Is higher end of that band reserved for more technical roles? This one would be strategy and change within human capital
Come to D, we are paying for HC talent
Hadn’t thought about Deloitte
That’s your YOE?
That seems low but depends on experience/market.
We are but I think this is lower than most. If you go to a big 4 you can pull 120k (assuming no MBA from a target school).
Why is it every time I see someone from your firm I think: Heidrick & Snuggles. And it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
We are trying to rebrand to Heidrick to avoid this haha
