Last round for a VP level front office transformation role @Citi . TC is looking like 160k base + 20% bonus (5 YOE ). Will be making this in a couple months when promoted to NYC strategy and consulting M1 @ Accenture. Is it worth the move ? Are there other perks I am not considering ?

PI/med-mal associate in my 7th year in a small firm in the Cleveland area - my total awards to date are over $11M on cases I’ve been the primary mover, and I typically am getting $1.5M a year in total results. Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling.
