Do some research on market standards and ask the maximum. I’ve seen people with 5 years and 14LPA nowadays. 10 is too low with respect to industry standards.
You should definitely ask for 12LPA atleast as .Net full stack is an hot profile.
I didn’t think EY1 has solid knowledge of industry standards and EY standards.

Not an issue. Nowadays freshers package itself reached to 9 LPA in some companies. Yoe x 4 - is the market standard
Ask the hr mentioning, due inflation you’re expecting this much. Don’t say the word market standard. You should convince hr with proper reasons.

EY hr usually take cctc and give hike on top of it according to my exp. U can ask for 12lpa but i guess they will not give more than 100% hike. But there is no harm in ask.

The hierarchy for TTT gds is
Analyst> advanced analyst> senior > AM > manager
4.5-4.8 is for analyst role, so you can expect anywhere in the range of 7.5+ minimum, I think 10 lpa is a big stretch

Hierarchy is Analyst - Advanced analyst - senior- A. manager etc.
I got offer of 18.75 LPA fixed for Advanced analyst role.
Now it's funny when you're saying u get 4.8 LPA for senior role.
Kindly get a clarity on what your role is
4.8 is what I get in Infosys for Senior Systems Engineer.
