I never miss my deadline in the past 3 years.
And I was respected and got awards from VPs and was also paid well too then.
But due to some health reasons I'm missing deadlines from 1 month.
But my team lead is telling you are not working. Even if I say i have some health issues I may not be able to work like before.She is not listening she has escalated to my manager, my manager is 2X of her even he yells at me.

Hello! I’m a law student who’s graduating in 2023 from a top Canadian law school. I’m really hoping to land a first-year associate position at a US law firm (or in the Toronto office of a US law firm) this summer, and I’d appreciate any advice on how to do so as there is no formal recruit/I did not participate in the 2L NY/LA recruit. My natural instinct is to assume rejection if I have conflict with a partner or don’t think my feelings are reciprocated. I’ll try to bring it up with them, but I’ll say “if you want to end this feel free” so it doesn’t hurt me (and they can say what they really mean instead of sugarcoating). I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. They then proposed starting out remotely “as soon as possible” in the US as a contractor and then moving abroad to start full time abroad. (Cont)

I’ve worked in retail buying since graduating from college, but I am looking to pivot into interior design. However, I don’t know how to jump into the industry and don’t want to take a huge pay cut starting in an entry-level role. Has anyone else pivoted into interior design or have advice regarding how to get my foot in the door?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

How valid do you think a Myers briggs test is for determining if a career pivot is the right move. I recently took one and the career suggestions from the results seemed to be things I was already thinking about doing anyway which was a pleasant surprise.

I’m a part-time MBA student at a top 25 program and have 13 years of work experience, mostly in government contracting, with a few deviations from the industry.
