Factor doesn’t really have enough food to be a standalone dinner unless you’re really trying to cut back on calories. 3 a day is less than your 2000 Calories daily intake

Ummm…thats not correct. One meal was about 700 calories (pork tenderloin with pesto green beans and cauliflower mash).

Drink lots of water before the meal. Supplement the meal with additional veggies or some protein.
