Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!
Hey, I have 4 YOE and currently a manager at PwC and have been managing teams for a little over a year now. My role mainly consists of leading teams of engineers deliver MVPs to our clients.
If I wanted to exit to Google or Facebook (Meta) what role would align for me? I was looking at engineering manager roles but unsure if that’s too senior for me.

I don’t know even know what I’m good at anymore.
Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

Love Myers Briggs but you also have to look at it has a test that employers used to categorize people by their interests and skill set. I think it’s a good test to gauge what your interests are and it’s pretty accurate but I would not 100% rely on it
Second what Farmers said. Any kind of those tests are simply indicators and they also can change over time. I enjoy taking stuff like that simply to see how accurate they truly are for me, but it's more for personal insight. Meyers - Briggs isn't going to determine if I fit better into software development vs hardware development. It just would indicate an attention to detail.
