How are client rounds, I had a client round yesterday and when can I expect a feedback? Is that normal that client round happens for everyone?

Does anyone have any experience working with a Life Coach/Therapist to help in this industry and just overall? I realize I get in my own way by overthinking and I have trouble executing. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company.
